Opening hours: weekdays 08:00-17:00, closed for lunch 12:00-13:00
(Central European Time).
On days before red days, support closes at 15:00.
We reserve the right to close support for two calendar days a year for internal training. Closures will be announced 30 days in advance.
Troubleshooting begins within a maximum of two hours (within support opening hours).
